A Colorado Springs based real estate management company leased space to Dollar Tree at Circle and Moneterey. This store is 12,000 sf and serves the southeast side of Colorado Springs. It is adjacent to the Rancho Liberio grocery store in a free standing building. For those of you who don’t know, Dollar Tree has name brand products specially packaged for them so everything in the store remains $1.00. Shop the store, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
