Cornerstone Management Team has added Mia McCoy as a property manager.  She has lots of experience in property management and has managed difficult properties in Colorado Springs increasing their occupancy and lowers their outstanding collectables.  In her first full month with Cornerstone, she has managed to lease almost a unit per day.  We are glad to have her on board and look forward to a long term relationship with her.

A Colorado Springs based real estate management company leased space to Dollar Tree at Circle and Moneterey.  This store is 12,000 sf and serves the southeast side of Colorado Springs.  It is adjacent to the Rancho Liberio grocery store in a free standing building.  For those of you who don’t know, Dollar Tree has name brand products specially packaged for them so everything in the store remains $1.00.  Shop the store, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.  Try the Awesome Orange, it cleans everything.
